Lovely non casino hotel right in the heart of Reno. Close by to everything you might want to see whilst here. I was kindly given a room on the 18th floor by the lovely gentleman at check in. The staff here are absolutely delightful and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel offers free parking and lots of facilities to enjoy your stay. The room was huge and the bed incredibly comfortable. It also afforded me a lovely view of the city lit up at night. The rooms are a little outdated, think of it like you’re staying with your grandparents for the night, but they’re homely and comforting and it’s like you’re visiting the 1960’s all over again. I really think this adds to the character of the place. Whilst I mention outdated, that doesn’t take away from how immaculately clean and well cared for they are. The levels of cleanliness were excellent. The only 2 things that I didn’t really like was the adjoining door with the room next door (the lady in there was having a BRILLIANT time with several men. I heard every climax of each person involved) I absolutely hate adjoining hotel rooms. There’s always noise. The noise of the elevator going up and down all day and night was the other thing, though this is just the layout of the building. The property offers excellent value for money, character and really nice caring staff. I’d 100% stay here again next time I find myself in Reno.

I was not expecting this place to be this nice the pictures don’t do it justice. I had a great stay felt like I was home away from home. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean.
